Mitre-Mite® MC
(Multichannel)
Our Mitre-Mite® Multichannel machine is the latest innovation for joining door and window casing. The operator has the capability to insert and stack any of these sizes at up to 10 different positions along the frame joint. This machine currently accounts for 50% of our sales.
The technology in this machine is state-of-the-art. Its memory program capability allows profile data to be stored (or downloaded from a PC) so that changeovers are fast and precise. We also have other advanced electronic machines designed specifically for high production operations.
Now available from Simms Machinery Inc., an easy bolt on Head Rack for your Simms Bottom Nailer. This convenient rack makes your operator more efficient by keeping 30 to 50 heads within easy reach over the back of the machine.
Created by Simms Machinery for the flat jamb market. The PVC Casing Klip clips the second hoop to the hoop nailed to the jamb. This protects the good face of the trim from damage while in transit.
Protect the door hinges while in transit with these bands made of rubber.
These bands are thick and wide enough to attach rapidly over the hinges as well as remove easily.
It features a solid cast iron base and head construction. The rotating table rides on roller bearings for maximum smoothness and accuracy. Positive stops at 45, 30, 22 1/2, 15 and 10 degrees on both sides of the rotation and an independently fine tunable one at 90 degrees.

such as windows, doors, and furniture components.
Simply slide the Glidestop into position against one of the stop indexes and clamp to make a standard cut or clamp it anywhere along the fence regardless of index placement for a non-standard cut.
